| 2-mics is a professional audio recording outfit specializing in mobile services ranging from portable stereo recording to full multi-track production. Other combination setups such as Mix-to-DAT are also employed when necessary and are tailored to the specific job. |
| Our most portable setup consists
of two condenser mics straight to digital audio tape (DAT) and can be used
equally well for solo instrument and full orchestra with excellent results.
We are always prepared to employ whichever stereo mic arrangement is called
for by the genre and setting including XY, AB, ORTF and MS. |

The multi-track setup is a 24-bit digital system which accepts 20 simultaneous mic inputs and has surround mixing capability. This system can be setup as a complete mobile control room* and features Presonus mic-pres, MOTU interfacing, PowerMac G4's running Digital Performer and Genelec monitoring. We have a variety of mics including vintage condensers, omnis and PZM's. |
